I am an ACE and NASM certified personal trainer who works from a holistic and balanced approach to help folks with their relationships to their bodies, movement, and food. I focus on evidenced based practices paired with personal connection and feedback to create programs. I am committed to using techniques and methods that can offer ways to develop programs and practices that go beyond the typical "get ripped in 6 weeks" messaging that remains pervasive in fitness environments. I am passionate about balanced practices that celebrate the many ways that we show up for ourselves. Whether you have no idea where to start, you feel like you are ‘stuck’ and not making progress, or you have a specific goal you want to meet, I believe I can support you. I cannot wait to grow with you!
