Personal Training 

Movement Plan that Centers personal Goals 

We work together to create realistic goals that align with personal values. I use those goals to create a movement plan for you. We work together on a monthly basis to ensure that your plan is continuing to serve your needs and access to equipment. This offering relies on an individual 1 on 1 meeting with me to ensure this type of offering can be supportive to you.

Sequoia is a Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM) and can help you understand the ways to fuel your body for your goals AND for your wellness.

Balanced through all aspects of self. 

This program will incorporate more than just movement and food. Sequoia will work 1 on 1 with you to create goals that are aligned with your values that enrich a balanced life.

Much of the joys of life come from communal experience. The Community/Group Services are meant to bring fitness, wellness, and nutritional teachings to groups enhanced through collective experience and healing.

I will focus on building programs that are tailored to your group/community need. Youth will gain tools that help them understand balance in all aspects of self (physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual) with cultural values at the center. Movement sessions, breathing and mindfulness activities, reflection and strength finding, are some of the opportunities available.

Grow in togetherness

These workshops provide tools for workplace wellness and group connectedness. The group will leave this workshop with personal development and wellness tools that honor the whole self, along with a team/community. These workshops are developed to focus on stress management and wellness tips and will be specified to your community need.
